A publicly traded global manufacturing company specializing in water and fuel systems needed to improve its AI sales prediction models to better align inventory with customer demand. Existing models lacked accuracy, and both dataset processing and the ML approach required enhancement. InData Labs was challenged to identify inefficiencies and deliver a clear roadmap for improvement.

Solution
