The Freshpicks team needed an e-commerce solution that had all the basic e-comm functionality that you'd expect in a functional e-commerce business, but also be able to handle the unique needs they had around local delivery, driver scheduling, recurring subscriptions with weekly customization options, location-based availability, and integration with many local producers.

Solution
The solution was a spree commerce app that gave us most of the basic options out of the box, but allowed us to extend and customize the platform to meet the needs of the Freshpicks operations team.

Results
The end product is an easy-to-navigate shopping experience for customers and backend integrations and reporting tools that make a complicated daily fulfillment process streamlined for the warehouse and delivery teams. Traffic and sales continue to grow.
