How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We found that IARM was Chennai based and in the list of top 20 IT security vendors in India. They were also rated highly by other companies. In speaking to Ganesh the CEO we got the comfort level that IARM knows the problems we were facing and how to solve them with the best possible approaches

We worked with their CEO, Directors, Security Engineers and Consultants

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Whatever gaps they detected, it was fixed with their suggestions. So by end of November 2021 we finished Phase 1 and 2 and were just hoping that all the gaps and potential risks were fixed for sure and that our security scan by the insurance company again in Feb 2022 will be positive. It did come positive. There were 0 errors or vulnerabilities detected! The insurance company as a result did not raise our premium at all!
They usually charge 30% higher each year. This showed us that IARM is a company that really knows their game and are on top of it. As a result we have now engaged IARM for getting us the ISO 27001 certification in 2022 and also start the 24x7 SIEM/SOC monitoring for us.
