Challenge
A while ago we had the privilege to work with Leigh Morum, the CEO of Delivery Tribe. This SaaS company specialises in the logistics of last-mile fulfilment for industries that require rapid, time-sensitive deliveries to the customer.
🤝 Leigh consulted us because although their platform worked well, it did not have the professional polished look and feel, which resulted in a negative impression when it came to their SaaS. They wanted to improve their user experience so that their customers would love using the product.

🎨 We started this project by performing a UI audit which turned into a full UX/UI (product) audit. After presenting the Delivery Tribe team with our findings and solutions we started with our designs on both the mobile and web interface.
📱The product is a takeaway food delivery and driver management platform, known as Deliveree. It consists of an app and an admin dashboard. Drivers navigate and manage their deliveries via the app, and the admin dashboard allows store managers to keep track of their deliveries and drivers.
