Challenge
Travelers face a number of difficulties when checking in and delivering their luggage. The long wait in queues, the need to fill out a lot of documents and the lack of information about the status of luggage — all this creates stress and negatively affects the overall impression of the trip.
The client's request was to create a system that would automate the check-in and baggage delivery process and allow customers to easily fill out orders and receive information about the cost of services. In addition, it was important to integrate the platform with the existing CRM system to improve work efficiency.
Our team quickly got their bearings and set the following goals for themselves:
- create a convenient web application for quickly placing orders for baggage escort services;
- provide automatic calculation of the cost of services to improve transparency and speed of service;
- integrate the web application with the client's CRM system to simplify management;
- connect an online payment service so that users can easily pay for services.
