Challenge
Our client is faced with the need to refine an existing enterprise application. The main problems were insufficient functionality of the system: employees could not effectively share news, track the completion of tasks and create documents. This led to difficulties in communication and a decrease in the overall productivity of the team. The client understood that in order to improve work efficiency, it was necessary to update the application by adding new features to it.
The goal of the team was to create a reliable and convenient tool for managing employees, which would help improve communication and increase overall productivity.

- sharing news within the company;
- creating integration tasks;
- creating and accessing Microsoft 365 files;
- creating new employees in the system.
These functions were necessary to increase the level of interaction between employees and improve control over the execution of tasks, so the Abiron team set itself several key tasks:
Improvement of functionality -> it was necessary to introduce new opportunities for sharing news, creating tasks and working with documents.
Updating the relevance of all used libraries and modules.
Troubleshooting vulnerabilities -> conducting an application security analysis and eliminating possible vulnerabilities.
Updating the project's code base to improve the stability of the application.
