Challenge

An investment brokerage firm needed a safer and more efficient way to manage digital asset custody operations.

The client had to control several connected workflows:

  • Customer deposit wallets
  • Multiple vault accounts
  • Inbound crypto transactions
  • Internal transfers
  • AML and KYT screening
  • Custody reporting
  • Customer balance tracking
  • Deposits and withdrawals

The existing process created too much operational load. Teams had to monitor transactions, check wallet activity, manage customer vaults, verify approved funds, and prepare reports with a high level of manual effort.

For a brokerage firm, this created risk in three areas:

  • Slower transaction processing
  • Higher operational and reporting workload
  • Less visibility over custody movements

The client needed a Fireblocks based custody module that could automate wallet operations, improve transaction control, and support a clearer custody structure for customer assets.

Solution

Aetsoft developed a Fireblocks custody integration based on a sweep to omnibus wallet architecture.

The solution created intermediate vault accounts for customer deposits and automated the movement of approved funds into a centralized omnibus vault.

Core functionality included:

  • Fireblocks API integration
  • Customer deposit wallet creation
  • Multi network and multi token support
  • Intermediate vault account management
  • Automated sweep to omnibus flows
  • Internal crypto transfer handling
  • Customer balance tracking
  • Deposit and withdrawal monitoring
  • Transaction history
  • Admin back office dashboard

Aetsoft also integrated AML and KYT checks through Fireblocks connected providers. This allowed inbound transactions to be screened before funds were moved into the main custody structure.

For internal teams, Aetsoft built reporting and control tools, including:

  • Advanced transaction filtering
  • Vault account monitoring
  • Customer level balance views
  • PDF report export
  • CSV export
  • Custody activity history
  • Operational dashboard for admin users

The result was a structured custody operations layer around Fireblocks, rather than a basic wallet integration.

Results

The brokerage firm received a more secure and scalable digital asset custody module for wallet operations, transaction control, and reporting.

The solution helped the client:

  • Automate customer deposit wallet creation
  • Reduce manual wallet administration
  • Screen inbound transactions before sweeping funds
  • Move approved assets into an omnibus custody structure
  • Monitor vault accounts and customer balances
  • Track deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers
  • Export custody data for reporting and operations
  • Improve visibility over digital asset movements

The platform gave internal teams a clearer operating model for crypto custody. Instead of managing wallet activity through fragmented manual processes, the brokerage firm could work through a dedicated back office connected to Fireblocks.

This case shows Aetsoft’s experience in Fireblocks integration, digital asset custody infrastructure, crypto custody software, MPC wallet infrastructure, vault account management, sweep to omnibus wallet architecture, AML and KYT integration, blockchain back office development, transaction reporting, custody operations automation, and regulated digital asset infrastructure.
