The company operates across multiple regions and facilities, providing safe and efficient solutions for collecting by-products and delivering critical resources.
The company faced inefficiencies in order handling, lacked centralized access to orders, and had no unified database for clients and deliveries. Customers also had limited visibility and control over their order status.

We developed a web-based Order Management System (OMS) that centralized data across Areas, Sites, Tanks, Clients, and Orders.
The new platform provides full visibility into the order lifecycle, enables clients to place and track requests independently, and simplifies internal operations through a unified system.
As a result, ScanBio now benefits from improved order efficiency, better customer experience, and more streamlined communication across all service points.
