Challenge

Our client is a subsidiary of Japan's largest telecommunications holding company. The company offers some of Japan's most extensive internet access and mobile communication services. Our client Japan-based company hired our Alltegrio dedicated team to develop a mobile app with an interactive AI chatbot with a unique character that can engage their all clients into interactions with the application.

Solution

We developed a mobile application for a Japanese telecommunication company, utilizing Computer Vision, photo face recognition, and ChatGPT, and integrated a 2D character for positive interaction with the company's clients.

Results

The application boasts an interactive chatbot, powered by the GPT model. This chatbot is a tool for communication and a virtual assistant integrated with an animated 2D character that always maintains a positive disposition, enhancing the user experience. The application also includes various other features like a home page, a chat interface driven by the ChatGPT model, a specialized vocabulary mode, and a user profile module. Our server-side artificial intelligence (AI) techniques allow the app's character to evolve through user interactions, assimilating and incorporating new vocabulary from the dedicated vocabulary mode. The animated character dynamically responds to temporal cues such as the time of day and user touch inputs, providing a more immersive experience.
