The client, a functioning car service company, was looking to boost the efficiency and accessibility of their services for car owners, hampered by a cumbersome system of managing orders and specialists who were overstretched across numerous clients and vehicles.

Solution
In response, we created "VroomVroom," an IT innovation targeted at reshaping car assistance ordering for vehicle owners. This initiative includes an app that lets users easily add cars to a virtual garage, detailing the model, and integrating car data via VIN for specified service requests. Additionally, the application supports real-time push notifications for service updates. On the administrative side, a web interface was developed for companies to streamline order management, specialist assignment, pricing, and promotions, all while ensuring seamless communication with clients.
