During the discovery phase, we built a viable plan for a potentially revolutionary app on the regional second-hand apparel market. The app needed a more defined purpose and a fresh look at the technical side.

Solution
After thorough market research and product workshops, we designed both the brand-strategy and the app interfaces, giving LESS_ a minimalistic, but playful identity. Next, we used React Native for optimal UX and performance, and a reliable Django backend for predicted traffic spikes. Finally, we mapped out an early teaser marketing campaign to plant the seed for a successful debut.

Only three days after the app’s release, backed by our introductory campaign, LESS_ reached first place on the App Store Shopping Apps ranking. It also garnered great reviews from users. In subsequent months, it reached more than 700k users and is still one of the most popular shopping apps in its region. The app was nominated for several startup and mobile app awards, and its community is constantly growing.
