Challenge 1- User Interface Design: One of the main challenges in the process was to develop a user-friendly interface for drivers taking into consideration everybody’s preferences. It was necessary to achieve a balance between the simple and complex designs to make it operational for different users. Challenge 2- Trust and Safety: Building and maintaining the trust and safety of the driver-partners within MooveDriver platform was critical. Drivers required the guarantee that their accounts would not be compromised and that all communication within the platform would be protected and genuine.

Solution 1- Iterative Design Process: We adopted an iterative design approach, continuously gathering feedback from drivers and refining the interface based on their input. This allowed us to identify and address usability issues effectively, resulting in an intuitive platform that meets the needs of drivers. Solution 2- Robust Verification and Rating System: To offer assurance to our drivers, we established a sound verification in the process, which includes identity verification and background checks. In addition, an extensive rating had been developed and implemented, which helped the drivers to express their opinions based on their experience and contributed to the people’s reputation.

These solutions have enhanced the capability of tracking and managing the fleet by integrating GPS, implementing the best available routes with the help of Google Maps API, and preparing reports automatically to follow various industry standards.
