Challenge
Challenge 1- User Interface Design: Creating a user-friendly interface for the MooveInstaller app was quite challenging. As for the technical aspect, the interface for installers had to be friendly and simple, in consideration for those who may not have much experience in computer systems. The goal was to make the app easy to navigate and use, ensuring installers could perform their tasks efficiently.
Challenge 2- Real-Time Verification: Another challenge was enabling real-time verification of installations. The existing manual process was very slow and errant, and it would take a lot of time; therefore, it was a major issue. There was a need for a system that allowed the operations team to review installation photos and verify the work immediately after it was completed.

The MooveInstaller app’s automated vehicle and dongle assignment feature has drastically reduced manual errors. Specifically, the systems’ ability to capture and upload photos in real time reduced verification times from days to only a few minutes, enhancing operational productivity.
