The current project was to create a new platform for inventor medical devices, track all necessary events and issues and also handle staff instructions on all devices including law required documentations.

Solution
We were working in the past together in open source projects and they helped us in some tasks so we already knew about their experience. When we were in need to get more developers I fly over to their location to meet them and then build new project teams.

Results
Everyone who works with off-shore must realize that most important over all is communication. So of course each project or milestones has problems and with lessons-learned and reviews we are continuously improving our work together.
