With the help of a data collection service, beneficiaries of state funds can supply their data, which is collected via various methods, e.g., surveys, interviews, and focus groups, into a single repository and save it in an identified format. Instead of sending reports with data on the social impact via email, they can send it directly to the collection service. A convenient categorization and storage of records, as well as other functions of the platform, helps public officials and respondents save time, which they can now spend on data collection and report preparation.
