Comprehensive Reports: In Odoo custom reports were developed, including Materials Consumption, Stock Traceability, Product Movement, and MRP Efficiency reports, providing the client with complete visibility into their manufacturing and inventory operations.
Inventory and Stock Management: The system was set up to manage raw materials and finished products efficiently, with custom dashboards for inventory insights and negative stock movement restrictions to prevent stock discrepancies.
Sales and Delivery Automation: The client’s sales processes were enhanced with Sales Summary and Sales History reports, along with Delivery Planning automation. Material requests, purchase orders, and delivery schedules were automated for better control.
Employee Management Automation: The Shifts Module was configured for managing employee shifts, and a Biometric Attendance System was integrated to track attendance accurately. HRMS was set up for payroll and salary structure management.
Tally Integration and Financial Controls: Odoo’s Accounting Module was integrated with Tally to automate financial reporting and provide seamless management of vendor payments and sales orders. The system also restricted unapproved deliveries and overdue customer orders.
