PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOL

An Indian client had a requirement to develop a tool that can essentially be used for project planning, time tracking, resource allocation, communication and collaboration. The main purpose of this tool was to make sure that everyone was connected so that real-time decisions could be made about tasks and their priorities to smoothly and efficiently manage a project.

To handle complex and dynamic projects, we built a very powerful and flexible project management tool which can make the project planning, time management, resource management, communication and collaboration seamless and provide a bird’s eye view of all the moving components and ways to manage them. Our Project management software gives employees a powerful tool to collaborate on projects by discussing and tracking documents, timelines, outstanding work etc. and develops a funnel for communication concerning tasks & projects not only internally, but also externally with clients and other stakeholders.
