Challenge

End-to-end Quality Assurance for Improving Portal's Accessibility Binmile experts helped Prodigi to improve its portal's accessibility for insurance providers, partners, and individual customers so that they can smoothly use the portal for their requirements. Insurance providers and partners faced difficulty in managing their claim submission that comes under their authority and individual customers who couldn't view the list of the issued policies and their claims. Hence, Binmile offered enhancement in the existing portal and quality assurance for the correct accessibility of the same.

Solution

QA Processes Offered to Improve Customer Satisfaction To comply with customer requirements and work on the elements immediately, the Binmile expert team decided to employ QA teams for manual as well as automation testing. In Addition, the Binmile team also implemented API integration automation and BDD Framework implementation to rapidly and reliably automate processes between disparate endpoints and systems and to convert test cases into simple text language for one of the leading insurance partners.
