Adicustom was in need of a modern customizer that allowed their customer to truly visualize the final product. Additionally there was a pressing need to optimize and unify internal workflows in order to help reduce lead times and increase productivity.

Solution
The AdiCustom custom configurator is a B2B platform providing full customization and 3D visualization for custom adidas uniforms. The tool allows for complex web based color, text, image, fabric and cut customization.
The platform not only allows for B2B e-commerce sales but was also designed to support a manufacturer - dealer - customer workflow. Each layer of the workflow provides tailored dashboards for the different supply chain entities that provides them with the exact information they need at the moment they need it. The platform allows end users to easily and visually create their custom product while allowing the manufacturer to have insight into their dealer’s pipelines which allows them to facilitate strategic sales support, ultimately increasing sales.
