Solution
To quit smoking is one of the most difficult changes in behaviour.
An important target group of De Stopcoach are people with a lower socio-economic status, who smoke more often. That is why we have taken this group into account in the design, content and operation of the app and tested them frequently. The app works with a digital coach and responds to problems that people who want to quit smoking encounter, such as debt and stress.
