On web, we implemented the insights workflow, advanced search and filters, role-based access, and an SEO-ready marketing site with a streamlined sign-up funnel. On mobile (React Native), we delivered fast, on-the-go check-ins, push-notification nudges, quick browsing of team insights, and offline-friendly drafting—so reps can capture context in the moment.
