The client operates an online platform for selling used books, CDs, DVDs, and games. They approached us with an underperforming e-commerce website and a set of objectives: redesign the website, introduce new features, create an admin interface, and develop Android and iOS applications.
A key task involved building a scanning tool that enabled users to sell their old books and media, with our platform offering them a competitive price. A substantial portion of our work involved refactoring the legacy code to align it with modern technologies while ensuring the retention of the existing user base.
Additionally, we integrated an admin interface and implemented a push notification management service. Our team also delivered UI/UX designs based on screen specifications provided by the client, further enhancing the platform's aesthetics and usability.
