Challenge

Our client, the Central Park Tennis Club, faced significant operational challenges with its manual booking system. Staff spent hours on the phone managing court and event hall reservations, leading to high administrative costs and the risk of human error, such as double bookings.

The process was inconvenient for members, restricting them to booking only during business hours. The lack of an integrated payment system further complicated reservations and no-shows' management, hindering revenue and the overall customer experience.

Solution

Coderfy delivered a full-cycle digital solution to automate and modernize the club's operations. We designed and built a cross-platform hybrid mobile application using Flutter to ensure a seamless experience for both iOS and Android users.

The solution's core is an intuitive booking system that allows members to view real-time availability and reserve courts or event spaces in just a few taps. We implemented secure, SMS-based user authentication and integrated the LiqPay payment gateway to handle reservations seamlessly.

A key feature is the synchronization with Google Calendar, which automatically sets user event reminders, enhancing convenience and reducing no-shows.

Automating the booking and payment process significantly reduced staff's administrative workload, freeing them to focus on higher-value customer service tasks.
