Challenge
Our client – Saint-Petersbourg Exchange and non-profit partnership RTS – asked us to develop a new version of their OTC trading system – RTS Board. From scratch. Their old system allowed them to trade only one instrument class – shares. Aims for the new system included subsystems for trading bonds, derivatives, interbank loans and REPOs and FX SWAPs.

Solution
The technological stack for this project was Windows Server + ASP.Net + MS SQL. Windows was selected as a platform because of the requirement to work with a specific crypto provider that has an implementation only for this OS.
Front-end was implemented with React and Typescript. We’ve made a pure Single Page Application.

Results
As a result, we have developed a multifunctional information system in which the following advantages can be distinguished: variety of instruments for investment, efficient "on-line" communication with market professionals, placing and following monitoring of indicative securities quotes included in the RTS Board list of instruments , extensive opportunities of registration and execution of securities transactions, securities and participants searching system and opportunity of viewing information about them, simple system of adding securities (minimum requirements to the applicant and quick implementation of instrument into the system), wide integration possibilities through the multifunctional API of both the quotation and the back-office part of the system
