After an intricate assessment, Conovo came forward with a digital platform, designed for inmates and their families. The solution allows users to send Text Letters, Videos, and TextCards to inmates across any correctional facility in the United States. Our bespoke solution allows users to receive inmate replies in the form of standard text messages or emails.
