Mobile Strategy Game: Sales Office Simulator
Challenge
A leading telecom provider aimed to enhance its brand awareness, customer engagement, and average revenue per user (ARPU) through a gamified digital product. The idea was to create a free-to-play mobile simulation game where users could experience the daily operations of a sales office, from resolving customer issues to managing staff and logistics.
The project objectives included:
Strengthening user loyalty and reducing churn
Attracting new subscribers via entertainment and brand exposure
Educating users about services and workflows through interactive gameplay
Providing real-life incentives through in-game achievements

Solution
We developed a mobile real-time strategy (RTS) and time-management simulator that mimics the workflow of a telecom service office. The game is built using a 2.5D isometric perspective, offering immersive visuals and layered gameplay mechanics.
Core Gameplay:
Career progression from entry-level employee to regional office manager
Task-based gameplay: handling visitors, sales, logistics, and staff management
Dynamic decision-making: players allocate resources for training, advertising, resolving conflicts, and stocking inventory
Real-life rewards: game points can be exchanged for bonuses at real service centers
Progressive complexity: each level introduces new challenges, larger teams, higher footfall, and more advanced service interactions
As players advance, they move through increasingly complex office environments, managing everything from product sales to technical support and conflict resolution.
Key Technical Features:
Isometric engine with custom camera angles for presence effect
Adaptive difficulty system to maintain player engagement
Game economy with soft and hard currencies, tied to in-game objectives
Monetization via in-app purchases (virtual currency) with balanced progression
