Challenge
Cerberus Doors needed a CRM that went far beyond standard lead and task management. Their existing tools could not support their workflow or the level of automation they required.
They wanted a single system that could handle leads, proposals, projects, tasks, and invoices — while also generating orders for their supplier, syncing financial data to QuickBooks, and feeding conversion data to Google Ads for campaign optimisation.
Another key challenge was ensuring every lead from the website flowed directly into the CRM and that clients could receive branded proposals, accept them online, digitally sign terms, and make payments without friction.
The system had to be fast, secure, and tailored specifically to their operational and marketing needs.

Solution
We developed a bespoke CRM platform shaped around Cerberus Doors’ workflow. At the heart of the build was a custom proposal module that allowed the team to send branded proposals clients could accept online. Once approved, the system automatically generated the corresponding invoice and enabled payment through integrated Stripe card processing or bank transfer.
To streamline accounting, we connected the CRM to QuickBooks via API, ensuring all invoices were synchronised automatically and removing the need for duplicate entry.
For marketing insights, we built a separate API integration that pushed conversion data from the CRM into Google Ads. This allowed the marketing team to track true ROI, refine targeting, and reduce wasted ad spend.
Finally, we linked the CRM to the company’s website so enquiries were captured instantly and routed to the sales team, ensuring a smooth and fast follow-up process.

Results
The new CRM has significantly improved how Cerberus Doors manages its operations. The entire sales process — from website enquiry to proposal, acceptance, invoicing, and payment — is now automated and centralised.
Financial workflows are more reliable thanks to the QuickBooks integration, while the Google Ads tracking gives the business a clear understanding of which campaigns generate the most valuable leads.
Clients benefit from a fully digital experience with fast approvals and easy payments, and internal admin has been greatly reduced, freeing staff to focus on higher-value work.
Overall, the platform has strengthened the company’s sales, finance, and marketing processes with a scalable system designed for long-term growth.
