Challenge

Fenstercraft needed a straightforward but reliable CRM that would centralise their sales process. Their priorities were clear: manage incoming leads efficiently, send professional proposals, generate invoices automatically, and use bank transfer as the primary payment method.


Another key requirement was integrating Google Ads tracking so the company could monitor which campaigns generated meaningful enquiries and adjust their spending accordingly.


The challenge was to bring these elements together in a system that reduced manual admin, improved accuracy, and supported both sales and marketing teams.

Solution

We developed a bespoke CRM tailored to Fenstercraft’s workflow. A built-in proposal generator allowed staff to prepare consistent quotes that clients could accept online. Once accepted, the system automatically created an invoice, simplifying the entire approval and payment process.


To support PPC optimisation, we added a Google Ads conversion tracking integration, feeding lead data directly into their advertising account. This gave the marketing team a clear view of campaign performance and helped them allocate their budget more effectively.

The CRM also included essential tools for lead management, task organisation, project tracking, and internal reporting, offering the team one central hub for daily operations.
