Challenge
Following a legislative change, Experian UK & Ireland needed to rapidly develop a brand-new product to address an emerging market opportunity in the fight against financial crime. We had just two months - and a looming flagship conference - to transform a high-level idea into a tangible, user-ready concept.

Solution
We deployed a collaborative cross-functional team - including stakeholders from Experian led by Innovation Director Yaro Zozylya and our CEO and design experts. Embracing Design Thinking, we conducted intensive ideation, rapid concept refinement, and iterative prototyping. Within four weeks we delivered a polished, high-fidelity clickable prototype ready for client feedback and stakeholder validation.

Results
The prototype debuted at Experian’s annual conference - attended by 350 strategic clients - and immediately garnered attention. It generated over 10 promising business opportunities and validated product–market fit in real time. The concept is now advancing to full development
