Digital Ecosystem for Equestrian Facility Management

Traditional stable management is often characterized by "clipboard chaos." Horse owners, barn managers, and staff (groomers, trainers, veterinarians) relied on physical bulletin boards, paper logs, and endless fragmented text threads.
The client needed to:
- Replace paper-based routines with a unified digital ecosystem.
- Create a tool for transparent planning of tasks, training, and animal care.
- Ensure reliable communication between horse owners and facility staff.

We built a comprehensive iOS application that acts as an "operating system" for the barn.
Key Functional Modules:
- Digital Horse Passport: Storage of health history, vaccination schedules, nutritional plans, and behavioral notes.
- Operations Management: Facility scheduling, arena booking, stall maintenance logs, and turnout management.
- Services: Capability for clients to book lessons, training sessions, grooming services, and more.
- Tasking System: Barn owners can assign recurring chores to staff (e.g., "Feed at 08:00 AM"), track completion, and receive reports.
- Communication Hub: A centralized chat and notification system that separates private staff notes from public reports visible to horse owners.
