The brand was looking to migrate a large Data Lake from Cloudera to Snowflake. The migration comprised dozens of critical data pipelines and hundreds of datasets that were used daily to operate the business.

We started with a single Data Engineer and have since added 3 more. We went from a lift and shift project to more general business data modeling support for new product features and a steady burn down of technical debt.

We have an ongoing partnerhip with the client. They manage the Devlane engineers as part of their agile / scrum development process. The migration was completed on time and the team moved to develop new features.
