Ongage is a leading front-end email marketing B2B platform designed to simplify campaign management for companies of all sizes and in all industries. The product was designed to improve campaign effectiveness, reduce sending-costs, automate email marketing tasks, as well as analyze and optimize high-volume email campaigns.

The product was designed to improve campaign effectiveness, reduce sending-costs, automate email marketing tasks, as well as analyze and optimize high-volume email campaigns.
Solution
- Implemented user interface by adhering to the Feature-Sliced Design principles that standardizes the frontend part and makes it more flexible and scalable.
- Built-in the visual workflow builder providing the complete set of components required for the workflow construction, management and discovery for the campaign creation, thus, making it more intuitive.
- Designed and implemented the public and private API used both by the customers and the internal services which means that anything you can do in the UI you can do with the REST API, namely, create, edit and search the workflows.
- Built the API around the marketing automation process, making it responsible for the complete validation of the user's input, including the complex workflow structures which can contain references to different kinds of entities from other parts of the system.
- Redesigned and implemented anew an internal scheduler service to implement more efficient architecture which could process millions of events per minute for proper app scaling.
