MBAAT- Business Alignment Platform
Challenge
Casey's organization needed to track business alignment across distributed teams without the overhead of manual review cycles. The existing process required an administrator to design assessment questions, distribute them across the team, collect responses, and score everything by hand. Results were inconsistent depending on who ran the process, and the volume of responses made regular assessment impractical. Leadership had no reliable, ongoing view of where alignment gaps existed. The process did not scale, and the manual scoring overhead meant assessments happened infrequently rather than continuously.

Solution
Dojo Labs built MBAAT, an LLM powered business alignment platform that delivers Daily Aptitude Questions to team members and scores responses automatically.
The core engineering challenge was grading accuracy. LLM scoring on structured multiple choice questions had to match human grading consistently, at scale, across every team member. We built a production grade scoring layer with schema validation and confidence threshold gating. When the model's confidence falls below threshold, the system escalates rather than guessing. Every question is graded deterministically against a defined answer key.
The platform delivers questions on a daily cadence without admin intervention and surfaces alignment dashboards that leadership can act on. No spreadsheets. No manual collection. No follow-up overhead.

Results
After deployment:
90% reduction in admin time for alignment assessments. What previously required hours of question distribution, response collection, and manual scoring now runs without any administrative input.
100% grading accuracy across all team submissions. The LLM scoring layer matches human grading exactly, with no regressions after deployment.
3 weeks from kickoff to production. The platform was live and processing real team data within three weeks of project start.
The organization moved from infrequent manually run assessments to a continuous daily feedback loop with zero operational overhead. Leadership now has an always-on view of alignment across the team.
