CRM for trading platform

Our team improved the back-end part of this project. One of the tasks was expanding integration with MT5, optimization of work with Databases, expansion and implementation of various floatings at the request of product managers. Client wants Dynevo team to create several websites mockup for the company with slick and outstanding designs.

Dynevo team started with expanding the integration with mt5 by creating custom modules and plugins that allowed for seamless communication between the platform and the project. In addition, we optimized the databases implementing best practices in data storage, retrieval, and management. It included the indexing and query optimization techniques to improve the overall performance of the system. We expanded and implemented various floatings at the request of product managers. It was based on creating new features and functionality that were aligned with the customer's business objectives and requirements.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with the customer to ensure that all goals were met on time and within budget. The platform is designed with an intuitive interface and simple controls, making it easy for traders to use without extensive training. System includes a CRM that optimizes sales, retention, compliance, and back-office flows with ease. This helps to streamline operations and manage clients' accounts more efficiently, improving customer satisfaction and retention rates.
