Challenge

Enhance and evolve their existing online platform to a higher level that allows them to obtain a national reach. Implement an integrated platform with management and billing systems for the automation of its operational processes. Improve the user experience by reflecting the company's extensive catalog in a platform that captures its trajectory and relevance in the region.

Solution

Design of a cutting-edge ecommerce platform, based on real user testing and built on state-of-the-art technology, such as VTEX, to generate a superior experience and achieve maximum operational efficiency. The objectives we pursued were: Renewal of the online sales channel. User experience focused design. ERP integration for optimizing operations. Generation of omnichannel presence.

Results

01_ During its launch month, commercial goals were exceeded, taking advantage of Children's Day campaign. 02_ UX mobile first design enabled 80% of sales to be made from cell phones. 03_ Product availability queries were reduced by 93%.
