Solution
The app was built with React Native for cross-platform support, and the backend was refactored for stability and performance using Node.js and MongoDB.
To enhance privacy, we eliminated login, ensured all tracking was anonymous, and implemented automatic data deletion after 14 days.
Geohash technology was used to efficiently match proximity data. The system is hosted on AWS and can handle hundreds of thousands of concurrent users. An interactive map highlights high-risk zones, while a built-in symptom checker creates a personal infection risk profile.
