Solution
With a tight delivery timeline, we selected Flutter to develop a cross-platform mobile app efficiently. Communication between the app and shower head was enabled via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to preserve battery life.
To minimize cloud data usage, synchronization is limited to specific Wi-Fi connections and time intervals. We implemented OTA DFU (Over-the-Air Firmware Updates) to ensure devices stay current without manual servicing. A custom energy-saving logic was embedded to allow self-charging via water flow.
