Emerline delivered the product within three months, using React Native and TypeScript as core technologies. The application offers handy features that benefit both tenants and landlords. Tenants can search for apartments to rent, see their descriptions and availability, book one, and connect with the landlords to discuss the details.
The platform also contained a billing system in which landlords issued invoices. With our solution, tenants can now quickly pay their rent in-app. A convenient dashboard allows landlords to manage invoices and check which are pending, paid, or overdue.
