How do you gather and validate client requirements?
We follow the following steps to gather and validate the customer's requirement:
1. We set up a discovery call.
2. We gather the requirements.
3. We discuss the requirement with the solutions and technical team.
4. We propose the solution and validate the understandings of the requirements.
5. We submit the proposal to proceed with Business Proposal.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
After the Business Proposal is accepted we submit the SoW (Statement of Work) which draws a line on the Project Scope and boundaries. We usually set it up with milestones which will be reviewed and given feedback by the customer.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
We use the following development methodologies:
1. Agile Scrum (For Bespoke Development)
2. Waterfall
3. Kanban (For Services)
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
We organize product/feature review calls after achieving certain milestones.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
We usually set up these calls after 15 days from the initiation of the project and subsequent 15 days after that.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
We execute test cycle as per sprint plans, with regression testing included in the same.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
We communicate the identified risks with the customer at regular interval via emails and during product reviews.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
We provide support package post delivery on hourly basis.
