Euristiq partnered with Kloudville to enhance the UX/UI and performance of a B2B digital marketplace platform for Indonesia's second-largest telecommunications provider. This cloud-based platform supports end-to-end e-commerce operations, including lifecycle management, provisioning, subscription management, and device handling.
Euristiq developed a new UI atop the existing backend, improving page loading speeds by 5x and boosting platform performance by 3x. Key features included a comprehensive “My Account” section, multi-language support, bulk ordering, one-click purchases, and CRM integration with a 360-degree customer view. These improvements enabled seamless scaling, enhanced user experiences, and attracted over 4 million new users.
