- Developed role-based account systems for general customers, installers, wholesalers, and resellers
- Integrated Strapi CMS to manage Help Center content and advanced article search
- Implemented AI-powered search, advanced filtering, and wishlist functionality
- Created product comparison tools and interactive faucet parts diagrams with direct product links
- Developed reseller onboarding workflows with document uploads and approval processes
