Challenge

Challenge: Client's site and branding and identity needs to be reflective of his true personality and purpose.

Solution

Strategy: Take client through our branding process to discover the real brand archetype/s. Through the process, not only did he discover new things about himself, he realized that he was not taking advantage of a major brand position that distinguishes himself from every other psychic on the Internet. This client is a doctoral adviser with a major university, carries advanced degrees in Human Dynamics, Psychology and Communication; is the author of the LA Book Critics Award in 2012 for Trestle Creek: Things the Dead Fear about his childhood growing up in a haunted house, which sparked his psychic abilities including communing with the dead.

Results

Results: We rebranded him with a new tagline "Seeing the Unseen," which is the true nature of what he does. We also instituted a blind booking system whereby the only information shared with Chris when readings are booked through our agency is a random number chosen by the client. That way when the reading begins via zoom, Chris truly knows nothing about the person until he forms an impression via the reading which may include a visitation from someone who has passed on. We began generating news coverage for him and visits to the site increased by a thousand fold and he is well on the way to becoming a major figure in this space.
