FieldCircle solves service operation problems for asset intensive industries. It enables the industries to be able to map their service process using FieldCircle’s BPM Engine. Using this the companies can drive more efficiency and profitability
compared to using one-solution-fits all kinds of SaaS solutions.
Challenges
The following are the challenges faced by FieldCircle. Finoit participated with FieldCircle to address these challenges and implement the right solutions.
- Service Operation Process Management
How we could enable enterprises to map their service operation processes within the software without any complexity .
- Advanced Scheduling and Dispatch
Scheduling and dispatching being the mission critical part of the system, the biggest challenge was to build the required intelligence in it to reduce the scheduling manager’s time by identifying closest and rightly skilled technicians.
- High Level Accuracy in Location Tracking and route planning
Mobile device location throws a lot of errors and jumps. Considering that, the biggest challenge was to reduce the noise in the tracking to provide efficient route planning.
- Complex Custom Forms
Considering the different businesses and operations, complex custom forms were required for various kinds of jobs, entities, inspections, and services with conditions and business logics.
