Solution
We have actively collaborated for more than three years since Geniusee and the Finance Unlocked team both appreciate openness and cooperation. The Finance Unlocked team handles sales and content development while we work on the development part.
Since Finance Unlocked already had a WordPress platform, Geniusee skipped the discovery step in this case and instead focused on moving the on-demand video platform to Laravel and redesigning the entire site. The Finance Unlocked CTO was very explicit with all of the criteria, thus we didn't even need a business analyst at the beginning of the project.

4) Finance Unlocked continues attracting new customers like Santander, GSK, BNP Paribas, Airbus, an more.
