
VisitZakopane.pl — Vacation Rental Platform with Custom CRM & Channel Manager
Challenge
VisitZakopane.pl manages ~150 rental apartments in the Zakopane mountain resort area. The platform — originally launched in 2009 — required a full rebuild of the website, backend infrastructure, and CRM system. The project included ~15 satellite property websites, integration with Booking.com, Airbnb, and Nocowanie.pl via Channel Manager, plus restructuring of information architecture for SEO and paid ads.

Solution
We rebuilt the entire ecosystem in phases: new information architecture, UI/UX design, dedicated servers for the main site and CRM, separated backup infrastructure, and WordPress-based satellite sites. The custom CRM included a settlement module, SMS communication for cleaning teams, Channel Manager integration, apartment management, and property owner billing. A dedicated eRecepcja24 module was developed for front-desk operations.
