Develop and implement a new, integrated solution for Autoklass customers. The main focus was the development of a unified platform for vehicle purchases, delivery, parts and accessories, as well as a premium customer care service for its exclusive client database.

Solution
A custom e-commerce solution developed with Node.js was the best choice for Autoklass, so we designed & developed a unique platform for purchasing vehicles & parts, getting updates on delivery and refined customer care, useful for both customers and employees. Autoklass now offers test drive reservations, service history as well as effortlessly purchasing new vehicles digitally through our custom solution. Featuring a presentation website for all the car brands: Mercedes-Benz, Honda and Smart, the content is managed from a single admin platform. The integrated e-commerce provides an easy and secure vehicle purchase flow while the documents can be signed digitally. Each area of the website: content, test drives, service history is managed through a unitary admin interface in a quick way.

Results
Autoklass now offers 24h service for their customers, Mobile Go assistance, having over 180 specialized employees for the vehicle maintainance only, happy to satisfy their needs. In 2021 Autoklass was ranked no9 in the automotive industry competition in Romania and recorded profits of more than 14M RON.
