Challenge
Online Ambulance is a digital solution that we created for Moje Ambulance, the largest network of general practitioners in the Czech Republic. This complex solution includes a mobile application, server solution, back office and CRM system, which are designed to digitalize and streamline healthcare processes not only for patients, but also for doctors and other staff.
The challenge was not only to develop an intuitive mobile app, but also to integrate a software solution from the 1990s with a modern cloud-based system and to ensure scalability and security of patient-doctor communication.

The challenge was not only to develop an intuitive mobile app, but also to integrate a software solution from the 1990s with a modern cloud-based system and to ensure scalability and security of patient-doctor communication.
Solution
Our approach began with an in-depth analysis of the existing processes, enabling us to provide a bespoke system that simplified and automated many operational tasks. This complex solution includes a mobile app, a robust server infrastructure, an effective back office and a CRM system for data management.
The hybrid mobile app (iOS and Android) serves users not only to view information and notifications about their GP branch, but also to communicate directly with medical staff. Thanks to a sophisticated request system, users can make requests for diagnosis, medical examination, documentation, symptom determination and more. A very important feature is also the requests for medication and prescription, which is integrated with the public e-prescription service.

Online Ambulance Mobile App achieved an impressive 97% customer satisfaction rate from over 22,000 ratings and has efficiently resolved over 100,000 requests.
However, the real impact of our solution is not just in numbers, but also in a significant increase in efficiency. By automating and digitizing key processes, we have significantly saved time for staff. Doctors and medical staff now spend less time on administrative tasks, allowing them to focus more on patient care.
