Solution
After the UX research, our designer came up with the black-and-white prototype of the service to evaluate the concept. After the prototype was finalised, the design was developed.

Results
The result was a functional, user-friendly, and robust service. It aggregates all of the current business reviews from various platforms, calculates the average rating, and lets the business place the rating and reviews anywhere on the website.
The service is currently used by Local - a marketplace that allows businesses to register and easily display their reviews on the landing pages. Based on the interviews help with Local users, adding the feature to the service helped Local increase their customer loyalty and attract more businesses to the platform.
