Challenge

Solution

To manage data with data dimension management and strict SLA, appropriate sharding and partitioning techniques were put in place to keep the payload of data lean and manageable. Customized analytics were created to identify delay concerns on both the app and third-party side, resolved through hardware and software optimization techniques. Cron job management and processing of third-party platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Analytics, and WhatsApp were other significant requirements. Intellicoworks developed a customized analytics solution that helped maintain SLA and resolve delays through optimization techniques.

Results

Netblaze was able to expand its business and execute all wishlists of its clients and customers. The solution was tested and implemented with multiple brands (same codebase with different CSS and website) by the same customer and sold. The project has been working successfully for the past six years or so, with over 10K customers and 100+ clients
