Additionally, ensuring consistently high call quality and SMS deliverability posed another significant challenge. To overcome these challenges, Blacktel leveraged its existing data from the old system and partnered with us to develop a new codebase. This new codebase, built using Vue.js, allowed us to integrate Blacktel's existing workflow into a more streamlined and optimized structure. By focusing on client needs, we ensured that the new platform would be both user-friendly and efficient.
